Registration Form for the CRM Course

Early registration is recommended: entry is limited to 12 participants per course, and to 3 participants for the 5 day course. Registration will not be processed without payment.  

Registration Fee

The course fee, including tutorial materials, lunches and one dinner is:

1600 Euro for the 3 day course and 2000 Euro for the 5 day course.
The fee must be paid in Euro's.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing 30 days before start of the course. Your fee will be refunded, less a 10% processing charge. No refunds can be granted for cancellation after this date. When less than 5 persons are registered we reserve the right to cancel the course. In this event the full registration fee will be refunded.
