Mission
The mission has been worked out in the following issues:
- The management and all members of the ICaR-VU will ensure that the
research effort remains concentrated on the two themes; the ICaR-VU will
reach this goal through high quality basic, applied and clinical
research.
- The management and all members of the ICaR-VU will ensure the
continuity through a meticulous system of quality assurance and through
pursuing a high degree of financial independence.
- The management and all members of the ICaR-VU will ensure that
graduates of the Institute, in addition to graduating with high quality
theses, are sufficiently prepared to successfully join the labour market.
An important step towards this goal is to provide excellent education to
graduate students.
- The management of the ICaR-VU will ensure that all associates of the
Institute will get adequate opportunity to improve their skills and
knowledge (continuing education).
