Prof. dr. W.J. Paulus is leader of a consortium of european groups (VUmc-ICaR-VU, ErasmusMC, CARIM in the netherlands) and 13 other european Universities and 3 companies. The consortium will get 12 million euro for the study of the interaction of diastolic Heart Failure and Metabolic Syndrom.
